Get Your Sh*t Together

The holidays are coming, which means it is about to sloooooowwwww down in the land of auditions.

Take this opportunity to get your sh*t together.

Figure out what is coming down the pike. Look at the upcoming seasons. Identify the projects you are aiming for. Read the scripts. Learn the material. Give yourself a head start so that when the craziness of audition season begins, you are already prepared.

If your website is a mess, take advantage of the slow season and spend some time fixing it.

If you need new material in your book, this is the moment to add it.

If your media deserves an update, you guessed it, now is the time.

If you wait until audition season starts to get your sh*t together, you are too late. And when you are late, you are in scramble mode. And when you are in scramble mode, you simply cannot be of service to other people. You are just trying to keep your head above the water.

You are better than that. You are an artist, and you want to be of service. So do yourself and your future collaborators a favor, and get your sh*t together.
