The first Monday of each month at noon eastern, Jen leads a live workshop (on Zoom) focused on career strategy. These workshops help you think bigger, take action, and, most importantly, make progress. Recordings of the workshops are available until the end of each month.

These workshops have been wildly popular at JWS for years, and now they are included in The Career Collective at no additional cost. (Other folks pay $149 a pop!) 4 times a year, look back at the previous quarter. Identify what is working, what needs to change, and raise the bar in your career.

Hold yourself accountable by sharing your weekly goals on Monday, and then reporting your progress on Sunday. It is amazing how much more you can get done when you simply share your goals with others. It is a super supportive environment that makes your to-do list so much easier to complete.

You’ll meet, talk through your goals, and stay connected as you work toward your aims. These relationships can prove to be a total career game changer.

These live sessions (on Zoom) are a great way to get sh*t done. The Power Hours are hosted by Jen and other members of The Career Collective community. We set a timer for 60 minutes and start cranking through the to-do list. It is amazing how much work you can get done when. you are doing it alongside other people.
