Make a Choice

“I have to get up at 5am.”

“I have to go to the EPA.”

“I have to learn 22 pages of sides.”

A simple mindset shift here can completely change everything. Rather than behaving as though life is happening to you without your consent, what if you claimed ownership of everything you are doing?

You are in charge of your choices. You can choose to get rid of “have to” and replace it with “choose to.”

“I choose to get up at 5am.”

“I choose to go to the EPA.”

“I choose to learn 22 pages of sides.”

When you have a choice, you have agency. If you are happy with your choice, stick with it. If you are unhappy with your choice, make a different choice.

Take back the power in your own life.
