Peter Shepherd and I probably repeat these 6 words more than any others in our episodes of The Long and the Short of It, and for good reason.
If you don’t know who it’s for or what it’s for, you might as well not build it.
Your website is no exception.
So, actors, it is time to take a look at your website with fresh eyes and ask yourself these two questions:
Who’s it for?
What’s it for?
Get as clear as possible. Practice empathy. And design with your “who’s it for” in mind.
